PANAHON UPDATE

LPA Alert:
LPA 96W about 400 km ENE of Virac, Catanduanes. This system is now the subject of a Tropical Formation Alert by JTWC. Meanwhile, PAGASA has already upgraded this LPA into a Tropical Depression earlier today. CLICK HERE for details.

LPA 95W is about 1,235 km SSE of Tokyo, Japan.

Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting the Philippines bringing FAIR to RAINY weather. LPA 96W shall bring rains over Central & Southern Luzon, Visayas and Northern Mindanao. Beware of flashfloods and landslides.
