Weather Update as of 7pm - 07 June

The weak Low Pressure Area off the coast of Northeastern Mindanao has moved WNW and is now over Butuan Bay or some 45 km SW of Surigao City or 60 km ENE of Mambajao, Camiguin Island. This disturbance shall bring rains in Mindanao becoming prevalent over Visayas and Luzon as the LPA moves WNW. Forecast models do not show any further development on this weak system.

Generally, we'll have fair to rainy weather in the next few days.

The Pacific Ocean has high heat content (Sea Surface Temperature), thus, formation of tropical disturbances is possible during this season.
